What is the products’ photo?
The products’ photo, or pack shot in our jargon, is the photography of products.
No matter if you are a company that crafts cosmetics or creates needles, one of the pillars of a good communication on your products is to have professional, well-made photos which add value to your products. These photos are often produced in a studio with adapted lights to eliminate the shadows as much as possible. The pack shot photos must be differentiated from the lifestyle products photos, in which a staging a scenography work is made, and whose objective is to put the product in a situation of use to allow the future customers’ identification.
Why should I use it?
The interest of making pack shots of your products is to offer a variety of brochures or precise products information sheets by showing your product from every angle. These photos also have the objective to unveil the identity and spirit of your brand. Indeed, through your packaging, texture, and material, you also show who you are. And honestly, your product’s image, appearance, and design have today a huge impact on your customer’s act of purchase. A lot of customers choose their wine bottle according to the label.
